| WELCOME
I am a candidate for Governor of the State of Vermont. I take that candidacy very seriously. It is the culmination of my two terms as a Vermont State Senator and service as Vermont's 28th State Auditor. I've worked hard, across party lines, to address our very real problems. Now, I am running for Vermont's highest office to continue with the important work that remains undone.
The Challenge Remains
Now more than ever, we need strong, principled leadership in Montpelier. We need leadership that represents the Sensible Center, the place where most Vermonters and most Americans find themselves. We need leadership that returns Vermont to it's core values of "justice, moderation, temperance, industry, and frugality," values that are embedded in Vermont's Constitution.
Vermont’s Economy Needs Help
We continue to confront some of the most serious fiscal challenges that Vermont has ever faced. Three issues come to the forefront: jobs, health care and the high cost of living. We'll be talking a lot about them in the months ahead. But one thing I know: Vermont is up to the challenge. With hard work, innovative approaches and truly shared sacrifice, we can overcome these challenges and build a brighter future for all of us.
Why Randy Brock?
I’ll continue to fight for economic development, job creation, sound energy policy, and tax simplification. I’ll work to rebuild our infrastructure and I'll accelerate our recovery from Tropical Storm Irene. I'll make government more responsive and more accountable for measureable results. I will also work tirelessly to provide affordable access to health care for every Vermonter, and I'll make sure that each Vermonter can choose which doctor or health care plan that they want and can afford.
I need your help
During my service in the Senate and, previously as Vermont’s State Auditor, I have been blessed with the support of hundreds of Vermonters, many of whom continue to provide much needed moral and financial support. Thank you to the campaign volunteers who so selflessly are spreading the message. Thank you to the voters of our great state for giving me the opportunity to serve.
