"I welcome David to the race and congratulate him on yesterday’s primary victory. I hope the next 90 days will provide a lively and rigorous debate about Vermont’s future. The next Lt. Governor must play an active role in building a stronger economy, creating more and better paying jobs, and restoring the confidence in state government that’s been lacking over the last six years.
